Here is how to tell the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"lead wp-block-paragraph\">Start with the simple checks below. If they do not help, the next sections show what to ask the bank and when to act fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In short<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list glance\"><li><strong>App will not open at all:<\/strong> usually the phone, an update or a security check. You can often fix it yourself.<\/li><li><strong>App opens, but transfers are blocked:<\/strong> this may be an account restriction. Only the bank can tell you.<\/li><li><strong>New phone or face scan problem:<\/strong> one device per account, and foreigners often have to register their face at a branch.<\/li><li><strong>Do not ignore it for weeks:<\/strong> if the bank placed a restriction, every day of silence makes it harder.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First, check the simple things<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Update the app and the phone.<\/strong> Old versions often stop working after a security update.<\/li><li><strong>Check your Thai SIM.<\/strong> Codes come by SMS to the number registered at the bank. A mobile banking account works on one registered device only.
