How We Work on a Case
We assess your situation, agree the scope and price in writing, then prepare documents and coordinate the next steps. The exact process and timeline depend on your case and the institutions involved.
Case check
Based on the information you already have, we find out who restricted the account or which office is involved, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
Plan and written quote
You see what is included, what may cost extra and what depends on the bank or the police.
Documents
Once you agree to the plan, we review your papers, prepare what is missing and translate it into Thai.
Bank, police or office
We go with you, or on your behalf where that is allowed, and speak to the officer or bank staff.
Follow-up
We follow up within the agreed service scope and keep you informed of responses, outstanding requirements and next steps.
What to Expect in Your Case
Honest limits
- Every case is different. The bank and the police make the final decision, and nobody can honestly guarantee the result.
- Timelines depend on the bank and the police. Waiting for a police letter to reach the bank can take weeks.
- If your chances are low, we tell you before you pay.
Who does what
- We are not a law firm. When a case needs a licensed lawyer, we work with licensed partners.
- We do not bypass bank compliance, and we do not hide or change source-of-funds information.
- Government, bank, notary and additional certified translation fees are confirmed in writing before payment, unless already included in your package or quote.

FAQ
Are these real cases?
Yes. Every case on this page is a real client case from our work in Thailand. We publish them with the clients’ permission, shorten names and hide documents and personal details.
Can you guarantee that my account will be unfrozen?
No. The bank and the police make the final decision, and nobody can honestly guarantee the result. We find out who restricted the account, prepare the right documents and follow the case closely. If your chances are low, we tell you before you pay.
How long does a case take?
It depends on the bank, the police and the number of police orders. In the cases above it took from a few days to about two months, and cases with several police orders can take longer. Most of the waiting is usually for the police letter to reach the bank.
Do I need to be in Thailand?
Not always. Some steps we can do on your behalf, and in several cases above the client was abroad or in another city. The police or the bank may still ask you to come in person, and we tell you in advance when that is likely.
My case looks similar. What should I send you?
The bank name, the exact wording of the restriction, when it started, whether the police are involved, and a short explanation of the transaction. Use the form above or message us on WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat or LINE.
