Interpreter or representative: what is the difference?
An interpreter goes with you. You are at the meeting yourself, at the bank, the police station, the hospital or the supplier, and we make sure you and the other side understand each other.
A representative goes instead of you. You stay at home or abroad, and we go to the office or the supplier on your behalf: we ask the questions, check the documents or the goods and report back with photos and notes. Where the office requires it, we act under your power of attorney.
When You Can’t Be There
We act as your local representative in Thailand:
- Visit an office, a supplier or a property for you and report back with photos and notes
- Join your meeting by video and interpret in real time
- Call Thai companies, clinics or offices for you and get clear answers
- Check a Thai supplier before you pay: visit, talk to them, see the goods
- Submit or collect documents where the office accepts a representative

All listed service prices include 7% VAT. Fixed prices are final for the stated service scope. Prices marked “From” are starting prices and the exact fee is confirmed in writing before payment. Any additional third-party or government fees, if applicable, are confirmed separately before payment.
- Same interpreting rate for banks, police, hospitals, immigration and business meetings.
- Time starts at the meeting point. Waiting is working time. Overtime: 1,690 THB per hour.
- Pattaya and other cities by quote: a full day minimum plus transport and accommodation. Travel time counts as working time.
- Not included: written translation, letters, case strategy, and follow-up with the bank or police after the visit.
- To hold the time for you, bookings are paid in advance. Plans change: you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations are charged at 50%; a no-show or a cancellation after the start is charged in full.

FAQ
Which languages do you interpret?
Thai ⇄ English and Thai ⇄ Russian. For Chinese-speaking clients, we handle everyday bank and police visits in conversational Chinese ourselves. When you need professional, native-level Chinese interpreting, for example for legal matters, negotiations or conferences, we bring in a Thai–Chinese specialist interpreter from our team.
Where do you work?
Bangkok. Pattaya and other cities by quote: a full day minimum plus travel costs, and travel time counts as working time.
How do I book and pay?
Send the date, time, place and situation. We confirm the price in writing. To hold the time for you, bookings are paid in advance by PromptPay or bank transfer. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations are charged at 50%; a no-show or a cancellation after the start is charged in full.
Can you act on my behalf if I am outside Thailand?
Often yes. We can visit an office or a supplier, make calls, check documents or goods, and join your meetings by video. Some banks and government offices deal only with you in person, or with a representative who holds your power of attorney, sometimes notarized. We check the requirements with the office before we start.
Does waiting time count?
Yes. Time starts at the meeting point, and waiting at the bank, hospital or police station is working time.
Can you interpret by video call?
Yes: 1,690 THB for up to 30 minutes.
Can you translate documents?
Yes, as a separate service. Send us the documents and we will quote the price.
Can I book urgently or at the weekend?
Often yes, depending on availability. Message us as early as you can.
What if I need more than an interpreter at the bank or the police?
