Long-Stay Visa Help in Thailand
Living or working in Thailand long term needs the right visa. We help with two types: business and work visas, and Thailand Privilege. They are also the visas Thai banks usually accept when you open an account. Retirement visas go through a licensed partner and are quoted on request.
We check your situation, choose the right visa, prepare and translate the documents and go with you to immigration. When a licensed visa agent or Thai lawyer is needed, we bring one in and manage the case for you. Immigration makes the final decision, and we tell you honestly what is realistic before you pay.

Retiring in Thailand
Retirement visa through a licensed partner, quoted on request.
Long-term residents
You want to live in Thailand for years without a Thai job or retirement conditions.

Business visa (Non-B) and work permit
For employees and company owners: the visa, the work permit and the yearly extension.
Retirement visa — through a licensed partner
Quoted on request. We pass your case to a licensed partner and can still help with the Thai bank account that goes with the visa.
Thailand Privilege (formerly Thailand Elite)
A membership-based long-stay visa. We help you choose the membership and prepare the application through an authorised agent.
After the visa, we can also help you open a bank account. See Thai Bank Account Opening

FAQ
Which visa is right for me?
If you work in Thailand or run a Thai company, it is usually a business visa with a work permit. If you are retired, a retirement visa, which we arrange through a licensed partner. If you want to live in Thailand long term without a Thai job or retirement conditions, Thailand Privilege may fit. We compare the options for you at the free check.
Do you help with tourist visas, education visas or the DTV?
No. We focus on business and work visas and Thailand Privilege, and retirement visas go through a licensed partner. If you only need someone at immigration for a single extension of stay, you can book our interpreter.
Can I open a Thai bank account with these visas?
Usually yes. Banks generally accept a work permit, a retirement visa or Thailand Privilege, but each bank and branch decides for itself. We can help with the account too.
Can I get these visas without leaving Thailand?
Sometimes, depending on your current status. Some visas must first be issued by a Thai embassy or consulate abroad. We tell you which applies to you.
Do I need to go to immigration in person?
Usually yes for applications and extensions. Some reports can be done online or by an authorised representative. We prepare everything in advance so you make as few visits as possible.
Can you help with 90-day reports and extensions?
Yes. After your visa is approved we help, where applicable, with 90-day reports, TM30 notifications, re-entry permits and extensions of stay.
Are you a law firm or a visa agency?
No. UnblockPro.Asia is a registered Thai coordination and support company. When a case needs a licensed lawyer or agent, a licensed partner handles that part, and you know their fee in advance.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Thai immigration and embassies make the decision. Be careful with anyone who promises guaranteed approval or offers fake documents.
Requirements are set by Thai immigration and embassies and can change without notice. This page is general information, not legal advice.
