Meetings in Person
Our office is in Phaya Thai, Bangkok. We meet clients there by appointment only: message us to agree a time, and we will send you the exact address.
Most cases start online. When your case needs you in person, we go with you to the bank, the police station or the immigration office in Bangkok, and to other provinces by arrangement.

How fast will you reply?
We usually reply the same business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 Bangkok time. Requests sent later or at the weekend are answered on the next business day.
Can I visit your office?
Yes, by appointment. Message us to agree a time and we will send you the exact address in Phaya Thai, Bangkok. Most clients don’t need to come: we start online and meet you at the bank, police station or immigration office when your case requires it.
What should I not send in the form?
Please don’t enter full passport numbers, bank account numbers or passwords. A short description is enough for the first check. If we need documents, we will ask for them and tell you how to send them safely.
