Service Agreement

This agreement sets out how UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD. works on your case: what we do, how you pay, what happens if plans change and what each side is responsible for. Please read it before you confirm a quote or make a payment.

1. Parties and start of the agreement

This agreement is between UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD., registration No. 0105568213649, Bangkok (“we”), and the person or company that orders our services (“you”).

The agreement starts when you confirm our written quote in a message or by email, or when you pay for it. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the right to act for it.

2. Documents that apply

• Your written quote sets out the scope, price and details of your case.
• This agreement sets out the general rules of our work.
• Our Terms of Use apply to the website and to all contacts with us.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

If these documents say different things, the written quote comes first, then this agreement, then the Terms of Use.

3. Our services

We are a coordination and support company, not a law firm. Depending on your case, our work can include:

• reviewing your situation and documents and explaining the procedure;
• preparing checklists, letters, explanations and source of funds documents;
• communicating with banks, the police, the immigration office and other offices for you;
• accompanying you to meetings and interpreting;
• translating documents without certification;
• coordinating licensed lawyers, accountants, immigration agents, notaries and certified translators.

Legal representation, letters signed by a lawyer, certified translations, accounting filings and other regulated work are done by licensed Thai partners. We tell you in advance when your case needs them.

4. What your quote includes

Before paid work starts, we send you a written quote. It usually states:

• what we will do and what is not included;
• our fee and how and when it is paid;
• expected third-party fees, if any;
• how many follow-ups, visits or revisions are included;
• what documents and information we need from you;
• an estimated timeline, if it can be estimated.

If part of the fee depends on the result, the quote says so and describes the result clearly.

5. Fees and payment

All listed service prices include 7% VAT. Fixed prices are final for the stated service scope. Prices marked “From” are starting prices and the exact fee is confirmed in writing before payment. Any additional third-party or government fees, if applicable, are confirmed separately before payment.

• Unless your quote says otherwise, our fee is paid in full before work starts. For larger cases, the quote may split the payment into stages.
• We accept payments in Thai baht by PromptPay QR, bank transfer in Thailand or international transfer (SWIFT). For an international transfer, the full quoted amount must arrive in Thai baht. Bank fees are paid by the sender.
• Payments are received to the Kasikornbank account of our director, Mikhail (Mike) Boldyrev, as shown on our Book & Pay page. For every payment, you receive a receipt from UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD. A tax invoice is issued on request.
• We start work after we confirm your payment, usually the same business day.

6. Third-party fees and licensed partners

• Government, bank, notary, courier, certified translation and licensed-partner fees are not included in our fee unless the quote says so.
• We tell you about these fees before they are paid. Depending on the case, you pay them directly or through us at cost.
• We involve licensed partners only with your consent. Each partner is responsible for its own professional work. We coordinate the work and keep you informed.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give us true and complete information and genuine documents.
• Reply to our questions and requests for documents in reasonable time.
• Check the drafts we prepare and confirm them before we submit them.
• Make sure that the money in your case and the money you pay us comes from legal sources.
• Keep your original documents and tell us about important changes, for example a new letter from the bank.

If the case is delayed or cannot be completed because of missing or wrong information from your side, the work already done is still paid.

8. How we work and keep you updated

• We work Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 Bangkok time, and usually reply the same business day. Work at other times is possible by agreement.
• We keep you updated through the channel you prefer: WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, LINE or email.
• Banks and government offices set their own timelines. Any timeline we give you is an estimate, not a promise.

9. Changes of scope and additional work

Work outside the scope of your quote is quoted separately. Examples include another bank, a new freeze, extra translations, additional visits, or re-drafting because new information arrived late. We always ask for your approval before we start additional paid work.

10. Meetings, visits and travel

• Meetings, visits and interpreting are booked and paid in advance.
• Waiting time counts as working time. Overtime is charged at the rate in our price list.
• Preparation up to 30 minutes is included; beyond that, 1,690 THB per hour, with the scope agreed in advance. If preparation turns into a case review, we offer a case package.
• 5-day packages are valid for 3 months from payment and can be used in any order. If a package is not fully used, we refund the difference: the amount paid minus the days used at the single price.
• Personal Assistant: the 32 hours include meetings, visits, calls and messages in Thai on your behalf, and travel time within Bangkok. Short messages between visits are not counted; time is counted in 30-minute units.
• Unused Personal Assistant hours do not carry over to the next month. Beyond 32 hours, 1,690 THB per hour.
• Visits outside Bangkok are quoted separately and include transport and, if needed, accommodation. Travel time counts as working time.
• You can cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations are charged at 50%. A no-show or a cancellation after the start is charged in full.

11. Cancellations and refunds

• If we cannot take your case after the initial check, you do not pay anything.
• Larger cases are done in stages, for example diagnosis, document review, strategy and execution. Your quote shows the stages and their prices. If the quote does not split the work into stages, the whole service is one stage.
• If you cancel after paying but before we start work, we refund our fee in full, minus any third-party costs already paid.
• Once a stage has started, the fee for that stage is not refundable, because it pays for the review, preparation and coordination already done.
• Stages that have not started yet are refunded, minus any third-party costs already paid for them.
• If we cannot complete the agreed work because of our own fault, we refund the part of the fee for the work not done.
• Third-party fees that have already been paid are not refundable.
• Interpreter bookings and visits follow the cancellation rules in section 10.

Refunds are made by bank transfer in Thai baht.

12. No guaranteed results

Banks, the police, the immigration office and other authorities make their own decisions. We do not guarantee a specific result or deadline. Our fee pays for our work, not for a decision of an authority, unless your quote clearly says that part of the fee depends on the result.

13. Compliance and anti-corruption

• We work only through legal routes. We never offer or pay bribes or “facilitation payments”, and we never prepare false documents.
• We may ask for documents that show the source of funds. We may decline a case or stop work if we believe the funds or activity involved are illegal.
• A request to make an illegal payment or to use false documents ends our work immediately. The work already done is paid.

14. Confidentiality and documents

• We keep the information about your case confidential and share it only with the people and offices involved in your case, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We usually work with copies of your documents. If you give us original documents, we return them as soon as they are no longer needed for the next step.
• We keep case files for as long as described in our Privacy Policy. Please keep your own copies of the final letters, approvals and receipts.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid us for the part of the work that caused the claim. We are not liable for decisions of banks, authorities or other third parties, or for indirect losses such as lost profit.

16. Ending the agreement

You or we can end the agreement at any time by a written message. In this case, the work already done is paid under section 11, and we give you the documents we have prepared for your case.

17. Governing law, disputes and language

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a disagreement arises, please contact us first, and we will try to resolve it by mutual agreement within 30 days. If this is not possible, the dispute will be decided by the competent courts in Bangkok.

This agreement is also available in Russian and Chinese. If the versions differ, the English version applies.

18. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. The new version applies to quotes confirmed after the update. Work that has already started continues under the version that applied when you confirmed your quote.
