Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to everyone who joins the UnblockPro.Asia partner program. By submitting the partner application, you agree to them.

1. How the program works

You introduce clients who need help in Thailand. UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD. (“we”) reviews each case, agrees the scope and price with the client and does the work. When the client pays, you earn a commission.

You act as an independent partner. You are not our employee, agent or legal representative, and you cannot sign documents, accept payments or make promises on our behalf.

2. Approval

We review every application, usually within 1–2 business days. We may decline an application or close a partner account without giving a reason, for example if the partner’s activity could harm our clients or our reputation.

Employees of banks and government agencies, including the police and immigration, cannot join the program, because a commission could create a conflict of interest in our clients’ cases.

3. How referrals are tracked

• Your partner link adds your code to our website address. When a client opens the link, the website remembers your code for 90 days on that device.
• A client can also enter your partner code in our request form, or you can introduce the client to us directly in a chat or by email.
• If two partners refer the same client, the commission goes to the partner who referred the client first.
• Our existing clients, and clients who contacted us before your referral, are not counted as your referrals.
• You cannot earn a commission on services for yourself, your company or your family members.

4. Commission

• The standard commission is 10%. A higher rate of 15% is available by invitation and is confirmed in writing.
• The commission is calculated from the service fee the client actually paid, excluding 7% VAT and third-party costs such as government, bank, notary, translation office or licensed-partner fees.
• The commission is earned only after we receive the client’s payment. If the client pays in stages, the commission is earned for each payment as it arrives.
• For 12 months after the referred client’s first payment, you earn the commission on every service the client pays for. For monthly services, the commission applies to the first 3 paid months.
• If a payment is refunded or cancelled, the related commission is cancelled or deducted from your next payout.
• Example: the client pays 42,900 THB including VAT. The fee without VAT is 40,093 THB, and your 10% commission is 4,009 THB.

5. Payouts

• We pay approved commissions by the 10th of each month, for payments received in the previous month.
• The minimum payout is 1,000 THB. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
• We pay by Thai bank transfer, Wise or another method agreed in writing. Transfer fees outside Thailand may be deducted from the payout.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. If Thai law requires us to withhold tax, we deduct it and give you the withholding certificate.

6. Rules for partners

• Do not promise clients a result, a deadline or an approval. Final decisions are made by banks, the police, immigration and other offices.
• Do not offer discounts or special prices that we have not confirmed in writing.
• Do not present yourself as our employee or official representative.
• Do not use the UnblockPro.Asia name or logo in ads, and do not bid on our brand name in search ads, without our written approval.
• Do not send spam, fake leads or clients with false information, and do not refer anyone asking for help with anything illegal.
• Do not ask clients for their documents, passwords or bank details. Clients send their documents only to us.

7. Client confidentiality

We do not share clients’ personal details or case documents with partners. Your partner account shows commissions and payouts, not the client’s private information.

8. Ending the partnership

You or we can end the partnership at any time by email. Approved commissions for payments received before the end date are paid as usual, unless the partnership ends because of fraud or a breach of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email active partners at least 14 days before a change takes effect. Commissions already earned are paid under the terms that applied when they were earned.
